Choosing the Church

I considered getting married at our local church, Sta Rosa de Lima Parish, before. In my opinion it's one really old beautiful church. But since we will meet halfway, I made a list of churches in or near Tagaytay where we can get wed. Sana cheap lang ang church fees or better yet, free na lang at mag ask na lang for donation. ;)

For couples who are still looking for Tagaytay churches maybe my list could help:

1. Caleruega - beautiful church but not so accessible and bloggers said there's a steep climb up there so it'd be hard for oldies :P

2. Chapel on the Hill - perfect for an intimate ceremony, but already fully booked according to what i've read in forums online :(

3. San Antonio de Padua - nice facade, it's located in Silang near Sta Rosa but quite far from Balayan

4. Our Lady of Lourdes - beautiful church as well but I'm not liking the dark floor tiles sa aisle, 28k daw ang fee as of posting

5. Ina ng Laging Saklolo - okay ang interior, parang di maganda ang exterior

I haven't seen these churches in person nor have I talked to their representatives. I just looked them up sa Google and based on pictures and reviews, i think we'll go for Lourdes Parish. I secretly gave my instructions to my sister. I told her not to tell H2B that i'm still involved in planning our wedding. Hehe. I hope nice ang priest and available pa ang date na gusto namin sa afternoon.

Well, it's really the ceremony with family and friends that is important and a beautiful church is just a bonus.
